What to do now?

Before the course starts, fill out the intake form below (that you also received via email and is included in your thank you form... I really want you to fill it out!).

Ponder the questions, think about how you might want to change some of your answers over the next 6 weeks. What might you do to effect that change? How can I support you with that?

Think about a project you want to work on.

As it says in the intake, there are NO limits to what this might look like. It might be a tangible, actual course of your own you want to build. It might be building your own movement practice habits and accountability. It might be getting comfortable online, building your social media presence, getting OFF social media because it exhausts you but you can't seem to resist it, it might be cuing an exercise, understanding the subtleties of the shoulder girdle vs the shoulder joint.... really... no limits!

As we go through each week you'll apply the resilience skills and characteristics we learn about to support your project, your teaching and your personal life.
